Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan!!
This coming December, I will hold my solo exhibition in Tokyo. This will be my first time doing my exhibition in Japan. I will show about 20 drawings mainly illustrated with colored pencils. They are about travel, life in NY and some of my original characters such as Odoru Neko(Dancing cats) and more. Also I will bring my illustration goods such as sticker, pins, posters etc. Please come stop by if you are around! I am very thrilled to see you there!

来たる12月、東京吉祥寺にて個展を開催いたします。
約２０点の、主に色鉛筆で製作した作品を中心に、旅、NYでの生活、経験してきたことや思い、そして癒しのオリジナルキャラクターのイラストなどイラストをお持ちする予定です。日本での個展は初めてということで、私のことを少しでも見ていただけたら良いなと思い、盛りだくさんの内容になるかと思います。イラストのグッツ、ステッカーやピンバッチ、トートバッグ、ポスターなども販売予定です。お近くの方はぜひお越しください。お会いできることを楽しみにしています！

Misato Ugai use to be a lighting designer and now an illustrator/designer based in Brooklyn. Misato was born in New York, grew up in Tokyo.
